Provided Amenities and Decor
Table Linens: Choose from White, Ivory, Sage Green, Navy Blue, Eggplant, or Black 120” polyester. Includes guest table linens, sweetheart table linen, cake table linen (base only), escort card table & sign-in table & ivory cocktail table linens. Choice of color on linen dinner napkins.
Dinnerware Set: Includes Water Goblets, Champagne Flute, Dinner Plate (white, 10 3⁄4” round china), Salad Plate (white, 8” round china), and a Silverware Set: one dinner fork, one salad fork, and one knife.
Vendors
Event Planner & Day-Of-Coordinator: One (1) hour wedding rehearsal (Date & time for rehearsal will be based on venue availability.)
Officiant or Reverend: Including one (1) hour of rehearsal and day-of ceremony.
DJ/MC: Five (5) hours to include ceremony, cocktail, and reception music.
Photographer: Eight (8) hours of event coverage by one photographer. One-hour engagement session. The client will receive their full gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery.
Florist: Choose from a selection of seasonal Romantic Foliage including Roses, Spray Roses, Daisies, Wax Flower, Hydrangeas, Sunflowers, or any combination of flowers listed. Up to 5 attendants with larger flower selection: One (1) Grandfather boutonniere, one (1) Grandmother corsage, small amount of fresh flowers for cake, small arrangement for the outside bar area, foliage décor for the whiskey barrels outside of the barn, bridal bouquet (medium size, bride chooses colors), up to three (3) Bridal Attendants bouquet, Grooms and three (3) groomsmen boutonnieres, two (2) Fathers boutonnieres, two (2) Mothers corsages, up to 13 table centerpieces (low & rounded compliment the wedding flowers), and 12 fresh arrangements in venue mason jars to compliment wedding flowers for the ceremony aisle.
Food and Beverages
Catering: Services include Servers & Table Busing, complimentary champagne pouring and cake cutting services, Plated meal from Buffet 2 Butler Passed Appetizers: 1 Entrée Selection, 1 Starch Selection, 1 Vegetable Selection, 1 Salad Selection, Gourmet Dinner Rolls, Water, Sweet Tea & Lemonade.
Bartender: Four (4) hours of bar service to include cocktail hour and reception, bar setup & bar tools, one (1) bartender, & two (2) bar tables with black linens. Up to 10 cocktail bar tables. Bar & Beverage Station: upgrade from beer & wine to full liquor with two (2) bartenders.
Call Brand liquor to include: Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Malibu Rum, Jim Beam, Dry Vermouth. Plus couples choice of: Two (2) Domestic & one (1) Import Beer and three (3) wine selections. (All cups, napkins, ice, garnishes and mixers provided).
Notes: A $1,000,000 event insurance policy with The Enchanting Barn listed as additional insured is required which is approximately $225. Gratuity is also NOT included.
